Construction

• Hollow axle and hollow kingpin
• AA 356.2 aluminum alloy, cast with ACE's proprietary process
• True T6 heat-treated baseplates and hangers
• SAE 4140 steel axles, oversized to eliminate bearing wobble
• Rethreading axle nuts (patent pending) – no more damaged axle ends
• Hand-poured 96a urethane pivot cups
• Machine-faced hanger ends for precise bearing contact
• Top bushing: 12mm tall, 91a
• Bottom bushing: 14mm tall, 86a
